Ken Tang 鄧國潮

Ken is a member of HKICPA, FCCA and CFA Chaterholder. Ken has over 10 years of working experience in a Big Four advisory firm and was an investment director of a private equity firm before founding Xyston Capital Limited. Ken is an expert in the M&A and private equity field as well as an experienced professional investor.
鄧先生持有HKICPA、FCCA及特許財務分析師資格。鄧先生於四大咨詢公司擁有有超過10年工作經驗，而在成立薩斯敦資本有限公司之前為一家私募基金的投資總監。鄧先生是并購及私募基金方面的專家，而他本人亦是一位資深專業投資者。

Eddie has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and was a CFO and held senior management positions of several listed companies. He has successful IPO experience and also extensive exposure in the investor relation, corporate finance and investment area. In addition to his solid career background, Eddie is also an experienced professional investor.
陳先生於財務領域有超過20年經驗，曾爲多家上市公司的首席財務官及高級管理人員。陳先生不單擁有為企業成功上市之往績，而且於投資者關係、企業財務及投資範疇有豐富資歷。陳先生除了豐富的工作經驗外，他本人亦是一位資深專業投資者。
Francis Guo 郭少東

Francis is a member of CPA Australia. Before joining Xyston Capital Limited, Francis was a former Manager with a Big Four advisory firm in Beijing and Shenzhen office and has over 6 years of experience on financial due diligence and M&A related support service. Francis involved in dozens of transactions across industries including consumer business, real estates, and telecom, media & technology. Currently Francis is mainly responsible for handling core projects such as due diligence and financial forecast.
郭先生為澳洲會計師公會注冊會計師。 在加入薩斯敦資本有限公司之前，郭先生曾於一間四大咨詢公司的北京及深圳辦公室擁有超過6年工作經驗，主要提供財務盡職調查及其他交易協助服務，其服務的行業包括消費、零售、房地產及傳媒和電信業等。目前郭先生主要負責處理盡職調查及財務預測等核心項目。
